Wallviela wallpapers may be used for both personal and commercial purposes, subject to the terms below and any applicable third-party license restrictions.

You May

You may use eligible Wallviela wallpapers:

as desktop, mobile, tablet, or device backgrounds
in websites and applications
in social media content
in presentations
in advertising and marketing materials
in videos and digital productions
as part of commercial creative projects

Attribution is not required unless specifically stated for a particular wallpaper or required by the applicable source license.

You May Not

You may not:

claim ownership or authorship of a wallpaper you did not create
sell or redistribute an unmodified wallpaper as a standalone product
package or redistribute wallpapers as a competing wallpaper library, stock image library, dataset, or similar service
use Wallviela branding in a way that implies endorsement
use a wallpaper in an unlawful, defamatory, fraudulent, or infringing manner

Third-Party Content

Some wallpapers may be provided under third-party licenses.

Where a third-party license applies, that license may impose additional restrictions and takes precedence over this general license.

Wallviela cannot grant rights that it does not own or control.

No Transfer of Ownership

Downloading a wallpaper gives you permission to use it under the applicable license.

It does not transfer copyright or ownership of the original image to you.
